Monthly service and writing work comes with a monthly guarantee. Our mentoring programs come with two guarantees: a success guarantee for the majority of the fee and a 45-day trial guarantee for the down payment. If the client is not completely satisfied with our services during the guarantee period, we will, at the client’s option, either waive professional fees, or accept a portion of those fees that reflects the client’s level of satisfaction. We reserve the right to first do everything we can to make our clients satisfied.
