Your Invitation to Speak and be Filmed


To help authors gain bookings as speakers, Indie Books International has created Author Talks for authors and upcoming authors. You are invited to be one of our speakers at our upcoming event from 11 am to 2 pm at Webster University in Irvine, CA on Friday, February 24 as part of an all-day event with the Executive Next Practices Institute. Only eight speaking slots are available.

If you accept this invitation, you will have a professional video recording of you delivering an Next Talk about your book in front of an Executive Next Practices Institute audience. Next Talks are a professional, polished, low-cost, efficient way to showcase your topic and speaking ability.

This is not open to everyone and is by invitation only.

The benefits are:

  • Give meeting planners and program chairs a preview of you in action
  • Full two-camera production
  • Polished, final video is hosted on both ExpertBook.TV and YouTube, ready for embedding on your own website
  • Group leverage allows us to keep investment low (your share of cost for 15-minute video is $975, cost for 30-minute video is $2,000)

You can also attend the event as an audience member, which we are calling the “Build Your Consulting Practice Summit,” which runs from 8 am until 5 pm at Webster University and includes a hosted lunch.

Summit Schedule of Events:

8 to 10:30 am  Executive Next Practices special event. This is an opportunity to network with the founder of the Executive Next Practices Institute, nationally known speaker Scott Hamilton. All speakers receive a complimentary admission to this session.

11 am to 2 pm Next Talks Lunch and Learn.

3 to 5 pm  Expert Book Author’s Co-op Marketing Confab. Henry DeVries leads a forum on how independent consultant authors can cross-market and cross-promote with other authors.
